"State Farm sent me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car they said they would pay for everything after their client rear-ended me damaged my car and severely injured my back. I thought I could trust them and Enterprise Rent-A-Car they fast talked me hustled me at Enterprise saying that there would only be $100 deposit they put everything on a tablet and only handed it to me when something needed signed. I thought I could trust them I now see that $325.99 is missing out of my account and they're saying that I signed some accident waiver form this was not clearly communicated with me it is possible State Farm is working with Enterprise to get victims to pay for the rental car I was clearly scammed. I was not at fault in this accident and now I'm down $325.99 as of now because of their their clients careless driving while under the influence. I now have to take another day off work to try to clear this up I am already suffering and possibly may lose my job because of my back and all the runaround I have to do because of State Farm."

"Just got my auto insurance 4/30/2025 with Mr Torres team @ at State Farm. after just spending a little time with Mr Torres I got a a lot of questions answered and I changed companies to them which I came to save 250.00 a month of a difference from where I was before with Root Insurance. But I had more questions and Mr Torres had Melissa Duarte from his Team follow up with me the next day. And after spending some time on phone with Melissa, I changed my home insurance to State Farm and combined my auto and home insurance. Miss Duarte continued to follow up with me because I now had question in regards to Life insurance. Although I am holding up on my Life insurance till sept. I will follow up again and begin one. Melissa explained the life insurance policies very well I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you"
